Our Story
I started Yoghurt of Youth because I wanted this yoghurt to exist, and it didn't. With a background in physics, I went deep into the research on the gut microbiome, and found there was nowhere in the UK to buy a fresh, live, strain-specific L. reuteri yoghurt. So I learned to make it efficiently, and now it's here for anyone who wants it.
